Ján Dolejš deals with company change, project management and solving non-standard situations in companies. He also acts as a consultant and mentor. He focuses on the companies’ performance increase by strengthening the company culture, changing the attitudes of employees or adjusting processes.
He has experience in managing medium-sized companies, in services, in production, in product marketing and technical sales.
He worked in the multinational companies IBM, Eurotel, in a number of local manufacturing and IT companies, as well as in an investment fund. He was in charge of HR at a luxury resort in the Maldives and managed an IT and electrical system installation project for a tourist resort developer in Zanzibar.
With a team of proven colleagues, he realizes more complex projects in the Czech Republic and abroad.
